Our Core Commitments
Your prompts are yours
We do not read, share, or monetise your prompt content. What you write stays with you.
No AI training on your data
Your prompts and content are never used to train or fine-tune any AI model — ours or anyone else's.
Encrypted in transit
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using TLS/HTTPS encryption.
Minimal data collection
We collect only what is strictly necessary to run the service. No tracking profiles, no data brokers.
What Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to provide and improve the Dwight service.
Account information
Your name, email address, and (if using email sign-in) a hashed password. OAuth users authenticate via Google, LinkedIn, X, or Microsoft — we never receive your password from those providers.
Improvement history
Each prompt you improve is stored so you can review and revisit past improvements from the History page.
Saved prompts and libraries
Prompts you save to your library are stored in your account so they sync across devices. Libraries are collections you create to organise your saved prompts.
Personas
Personas you create (name, tone, instructions) are stored so they are available in both the main app and the browser extension.
Preferences
Your chosen theme, date format, and number format are stored to keep your experience consistent across sessions and devices.
Session location
Your approximate location is derived from your IP address using ip-api.com and is displayed on your Sessions page so you can identify and revoke unrecognised sessions.
What We Never Do
These are absolute guarantees — not just policies that can change with a business model pivot.
Sell your personal data or prompt content to third parties.
Share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Use your prompts or content to train any AI model.
Store your payment information — all billing is handled securely by Stripe.
Access your prompts without your explicit permission.
Track which websites you visit outside of supported AI platforms.
Legal Documents
Delete Your Account & Data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. This action is irreversible and will remove all your prompts, presets, and account information from our servers.
- 1 Sign in to your Dwight account at dwightprompt.com.
- 2 Go to Settings and select the Profile tab.
- 3 Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete Account".
- 4 Enter your password to confirm the deletion (required for security).
- 5 All your data — including improvement history, saved prompts, libraries, personas, and account details — will be permanently removed.
